Definitions

To avoid confusion throughout this document, the following terms carry specific meanings whenever they appear in these Terms and Conditions. Understanding these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a jl3jl3 player.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on jl3jl3, clicking any confirmation checkbox during registration, or by placing a bet on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understand them.
• You voluntarily accept and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

jl3jl3 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

jl3jl3 is an online gaming platform that takes its legal and ethical obligations seriously. The following eligibility requirements are non-negotiable and are enforced through our KYC verification process.

• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and artificial entities may not hold jl3jl3 player accounts.
• You must be accessing jl3jl3 from a jurisdiction where using the platform is legal.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by jl3jl3 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jl3jl3 employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with platform use.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active jl3jl3 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or using false information — is considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl3jl3 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify jl3jl3 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• jl3jl3 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@jl3jl3.net.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your jl3jl3 account. This is available in account security settings.
• Your account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to operate your jl3jl3 account.

jl3jl3 may request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Deposits

jl3jl3 accepts deposits only through payment methods approved for use in the Philippines. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). jl3jl3 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third parties not in your name.

• Deposits are credited only to the registered payment method holder's account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• jl3jl3 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges shown during the process originate from your payment provider, not jl3jl3.
• jl3jl3 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot of your GCash name matching your account name) before crediting a deposit.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds (not bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per request.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals from jl3jl3 are typically processed within 60 minutes.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are typically processed within one to four hours during business hours.
• jl3jl3 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending KYC verification. Providing complete and accurate documentation speeds up this process.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in the same name as the jl3jl3 account. We are unable to send funds to third-party accounts.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jl3jl3 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting section of the platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed on jl3jl3, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless jl3jl3 has made a demonstrable error in the odds or game configuration.
• Bets placed after an event has started (pre-match bets) may be voided if jl3jl3 determines the bet was placed after the outcome was knowable.
• jl3jl3 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. Players will be notified and the stake returned to their wallet.
• In Live Casino games, bets confirmed before the "No More Bets" announcement are binding. Any bets placed after this announcement has been made will be rejected.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed before placing a bet. jl3jl3 may adjust these limits at any time.
• jl3jl3 reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets for individual accounts without explanation. This is standard risk management practice.
• All payouts are calculated using the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, regardless of subsequent market movements.

Bonuses and Promotions

jl3jl3 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players. Each promotion carries its own specific terms including eligible games, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. The general bonus rules below apply to all jl3jl3 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for jl3jl3 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering with real money funds counts towards wagering requirements before bonus funds are used, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse.
• jl3jl3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a bonus already credited, or adjust wagering requirements if it determines a bonus has been exploited, abused, or obtained in bad faith.
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. Any player found to have previously held a jl3jl3 account — including under a different name — is not eligible for welcome promotions.
• Bonus funds that have not been used or where the wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days of the bonus being credited will expire and be removed from the account.

Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion is irreversible for the period selected. jl3jl3 will not accept re-registration attempts from self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
• Players who request self-exclusion will have all active bets settled normally and their remaining balance returned to their registered payment method.
• jl3jl3 may impose responsible gaming restrictions on an account without player request if our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jl3jl3. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false information.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account play, using automated tools, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses without genuine game risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, card games, or any competitive format on jl3jl3.
• Money laundering: Using jl3jl3 to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods for deposits on jl3jl3.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any software designed to play on your behalf or gain an unfair advantage on jl3jl3.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal on a deposit that was genuinely used for gaming on jl3jl3. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through legal channels.

Account Suspension and Termination

jl3jl3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormancy policy).
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jl3jl3 will freeze the balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned in full.

Privacy and Data

jl3jl3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering on jl3jl3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• jl3jl3 does not sell player personal data to third parties.
• Data is shared only with payment processors, regulatory authorities where legally required, and service providers who assist in operating the platform under strict confidentiality obligations.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by jl3jl3 and to request correction of inaccurate information.
• All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption protocols.

Limitation of Liability

jl3jl3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors.

• jl3jl3 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside our direct control.

• In the event of a demonstrable technical error that affects a game outcome on jl3jl3, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Payouts generated through technical errors are not valid.
• jl3jl3's maximum liability to any player arising from any single incident is limited to the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.

Amendments to These Terms

jl3jl3 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl3jl3 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jl3jl3 after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction under which jl3jl3 holds its operating licence. Disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with jl3jl3 support may be referred to the relevant regulatory body.

• Before escalating a dispute formally, we encourage all players to contact jl3jl3 support directly at support@jl3jl3.net. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly at this stage.
• jl3jl3 commits to responding to all formal written disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
• These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
